Webinar: Lateral and anterior hip pain
21.09 - 22.09.2024 webinar was led by Dr. Alison Grimaldi (Ph.D.,) (Australia, Brisbane), Professor of Physiotherapy, researcher with more than 30 years of clinical experience in the hip and pelvis region. She runs the Physio Tec practice in Brisbane, Australia, and is a faculty member at the Australian College of Physiotherapy. She has specialized in hip joint research for 20 years, has authored numerous publications and is an active speaker at international congresses and conferences.
Day 1
Examination and management of patients with anterior and lateral hip pain caused by the hip joint and neural structures:
- posterior hip instability
- ischiofemoral impingement
- piriformis syndrome
- other conditions associated with sciatic nerve problems in the gluteal region

Day 2
Gluteal tendinopathy and Proximal hamstring tendinopathy
- examination, testing and treatment
- "Roadmap" for patients with non-healing gluteal tendinopathy
