The workshop took place on 15-16 February 2024 and was led by experienced Professor of Physiotherapy (PT, Ph.D.) Ann Cools (Ghent University, Belgium), founder of The European Shoulder/Elbow Association for Physiotherapists (EUSSER.org)
Day 1:
- rotator cuff tendinopathy
- pathology of the long tendon of the biceps brachii muscle
- rotator cuff muscle tendon tears
- anterior instability of the shoulder joint in "overhead " athletes
Day 2:
- multidirectional instability of the shoulder joint
- scapula type II dysfunction in "overhead" athletes
- type II scapular dysfunction ('winging')
- type III scapular dysfunction (based on nerve pathology)
