SIA "Know How Fizio", (hereinafter the Organizer), registration code 40203584399, Stendes 5-7, Riga, LV-1046, Latvia, e-mail [email protected] manages the website knowhowfizio.com (hereinafter - the Website), which via remote services, training courses in an online environment, as well as additional services related to them (hereinafter - Service) are provided to users.

The organizer offers to buy participation in online and face-to-face trainings at knowhowfizio.com.

Terms of use apply to users who use the Website (hereinafter - the User). By agreeing to the use of the Website and/or the terms of use, these terms become a binding contract concluded between the User and the Organizer and which governs the use of the Website (hereinafter - the Terms of Use).

1. General provisions

1.1. The organizer reserves the right to amend the Terms of Use at any time, the amendments come into effect upon their publication on the Website.

1.2. The Organizer reserves the right to change the range of Content available on the Website at any time, and the Organizer is not obliged to inform the User about it.

1.3. The prices of the services are indicated on the Website.

1.4. Payment for the Service is made through a bank or by bank card transfer.

In order to purchase a service, the buyer must select the type and amount of the service and press "add to cart", as well as enter the necessary information, which may vary from event to event.

The buyer will receive the access codes of the purchased service by e-mail after making the payment.

1.5. The organizer reserves the right to change the amount of the payment for objective reasons, for example, if the tax rate, service or other costs change.

1.6. By entering his data, the User expresses his consent to the processing of the entered data by the Organizer manager, with the aim of identifying the user and producing an educational document. Read more in the Privacy Policy.

1.7. The e-mail address is used, among other things, for sending invoices and other notifications related to the provision of the Service.

1.8. All notifications sent via e-mail are considered delivered to the User 24 hours after the notification is sent.

2. User rights and obligations

2.1. The user is obliged to:

2.1.1 When registering on the Website, submit complete and true data;

2.1.2 When using the Website, comply with the conditions arising from this agreement;

2.1.3. When using the Website, observe good customs and applicable laws.

2.2. The user is prohibited from:

2.2.1. Use the Website for fraudulent purposes or for any other illegal purposes;

2.2.2. Upload or transmit viruses or any other form of malware that is or may be used in a way that affects the functionality or operation of the Website.

2.2.3. Without coordination, use training materials. It is allowed to use only for your own needs. The training videos and all content are the property of the Organizer. The training materials are subject to copyright and any unauthorized use of the materials may violate copyright and the regulation established in the laws and regulations of the Republic of Latvia.

2.3. The user has the right to:

2.3.1. Use the services offered on the Website;

2.3.2. Use the right of refusal at any time by informing the Organizer in writing via e-mail.

3. Rights and obligations of the organizer

3.1. The website manager has full rights:

3.1.1. Refuse to provide the service if misleading, inaccurate and/or incorrect information has been submitted during registration, as well as if the User's actions may threaten the security of the Website;

3.1.2. Notify the User about changes and additions through notices published on the Website.

4. Use and protection of personal data

4.1. By getting acquainted with the Terms of Use and registering as a User, the User gives his consent to the use of personal data and contact information specified in the questionnaire within the limits of the Website, to the production of educational documents and to the sending of information to the User. 4.2. The organizer does not sell or transfer users' personal data and contact information to third parties that are not mentioned in the Terms of Use or that are not related to the provision of the Service.

5. Term and Termination

5.1. The terms of use are concluded for an indefinite period.

5.2. Both the Organizer and the User have the right to terminate the Terms of Use at any time by sending a relevant notification to the other party. In this case, the cooperation is terminated.

6. Responsibility

The organizer does not assume any risks or responsibility if the users have not familiarized themselves with the Terms of Use and the educational content, or have partially familiarized themselves with it.

Users assume all risks and responsibility for purchases made on the page, including receiving the service.

The Organizer shall not be liable for any delay in performance or non-performance or other failure to perform due to circumstances and obstacles beyond the reasonable control of the Organiser, including but not limited to strikes, government orders, hostilities or national emergency, environmental or climate anomalies, non-performance by third parties, disruptions in the Internet connection, as well as technical problems of communication equipment, computers and software.

7. Other provisions

Information is exchanged between users and the Organizer using the e-mail address [email protected]. The operation of the page is regulated and the laws of the Republic of Latvia are applicable to these Terms of Use. Relations arising from transactions with users, when the user is a natural person in the sense of the Consumer Rights Law, are regulated by the Law on the Protection of Consumer Rights, the Cabinet of Ministers' Regulations, the Regulations on Distance Contracts and other regulatory acts on the protection of consumer rights. Any disagreements that arise are resolved through negotiation as much as possible. If an agreement is not reached, the dispute is referred to the court for consideration in accordance with the procedures specified in the regulatory acts of the Republic of Latvia.
