Privacy policy
SIA "Know How Fizio" ("Organizer") respects and values your privacy. The Organizer has developed a privacy policy ("Privacy Policy") to inform you about how your personal information ("Personal Data") is collected and processed.
The organizer processes your personal data in compliance with the rights of natural persons and the rules for the processing of personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (April 27, 2016) on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and the free circulation of such data and which repeals Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (“Regulation”) and other regulatory legislation in the field of data privacy and data processing.
The privacy policy comes into effect from the moment you have submitted your personal data in the registration form ("Registration Form") on the Internet platform for applying yourself or another person to participate in a seminar or webinar organized by the Organizer ("Event").
Purposes of personal data processing
The Organizer processes your or another person's data for the following purposes:
- for registration of participation in the Event and ensuring participation in the Event;
- for processing payment for participation in the Event (if you are the payer);
- for communication with you in connection with participation in the Event;
- for sending informational materials about the Event, if you have chosen to receive them;
- for sending informative materials about other services offered by the Organizer, if you have chosen to receive such information.
Categories of personal data
For the purposes mentioned above, the following Personal Data may be processed: Your name or the person you apply for, contact information, job title (if specified), payment data (e.g. account number), if the payment of the participation fee is made by a natural person, photos and video, other Personal Data – additional information or comments provided by you in any way, containing Personal Data.
The event may include photography, filming, and live video streaming. In this case, informational signs are placed at the entrance to the Event indicating that the Event is being photographed, filmed or video streamed. Personal photos and videos may be posted on the Organizer's website and/or social networks, as well as in the media.
If you do not want to be seen in photos and/or videos, please contact the Organizer before the Event - the Organizer will take appropriate measures to the best of its ability so that you are not photographed or filmed.
If your photo is taken during the Event and you want it removed, please contact the Organizer and your photo will be removed.
In the event that you have applied for another person to participate in the Event, by submitting the Registration Form, you confirm that you have received this person's consent to the processing of personal data for the purpose of registering their participation in the Event, and that you have also informed this person that photography, filming may be done during the Event and/or live video streaming.
Legal basis for personal data processing
The legal basis for the processing of your Personal data is the performance of the contract (Article 6, Clause 1, subparagraph b) of the Regulation), Your consent to the processing of Personal data (Article 6, Clause 1, subparagraph a) of the Regulation), Respecting the legitimate interests of the Organizer (Article 6, Clause 1 of the Regulation) .point f) and fulfillment of the Organizer's legal obligations (Article 6 point 1 c) of the Regulation).
Personal data manager and data processors
The organizer is considered to be the data controller in the sense of the Regulation in the processing of your data or that of another person specified in your Registration form.
Your personal data is transferred or may be transferred for processing to third parties - data processors, including Mitto.me platform provider SIA "ABC idea", which provides the Organizer with registration and payment collection services, for the purpose of service performance or in the cases specified in regulatory legislation.

The Organizer takes appropriate contractual and organizational measures to ensure that Your Personal Data is processed only in accordance with the purposes specified in this Privacy Policy and only in accordance with applicable laws, and in compliance with the relevant instructions and confidentiality and security measures of the Organizer.
The organizer may be obliged to transfer your personal data to state administrative institutions or officials in the cases specified in the regulatory legal acts and/or at their request. Upon your request, the Organizer is obliged to provide you with detailed information about the recipients of your Personal Data, except when disclosure of such information is prohibited by law. A request to receive information about the persons to whom the Organizer has transferred your Personal Data for processing should be sent to the Organizer's e-mail address: [email protected].

Period of storage of personal data
The organizer stores your personal data for as long as it is necessary for the purpose for which the relevant personal data is processed:
Personal data processed to register your participation in the Event, to communicate with you about the Event, to ensure the Event's progress, to send informational material about the Event, to summarize the Event's progress, are stored for no longer than 2 years;
Personal data that is processed for the purpose of collecting payments is stored for the period specified in the regulatory legal acts regulating accounting records;
Personal data, which are processed for the purpose of performance of the contract for participation in the Event, are stored as long as you or the Organizer can realize their legitimate interests arising from the relevant contract;
Personal data processed by the Organizer for the purpose of sending informative notifications not related to the Event are stored as long as you have not withdrawn your consent to receive informative notifications. You can withdraw your consent to receiving informative notifications unrelated to the Event by sending an appropriate notification to the Organizer's email address: [email protected]. After receiving the relevant notification, all Personal Data processed for this purpose are immediately deleted.
Data security
The organizer takes appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure safe processing of your personal data. The Organizer applies appropriate security policies and procedures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, unauthorized processing or disclosure, alteration or destruction. Your Personal Data are stored in information systems with limited access: they are accessible only to those persons who need it, and who have committed to comply with the conditions of confidentiality regarding the processing of Personal Data.
Your rights
a) Right of access: You have the right to know whether the Organizer processes your personal data and what Personal data is available to the Organizer, as well as the right to request more accurate and detailed information about the processing of Personal data;
b) Right to rectification: The Organizer is obliged to correct erroneous Personal Data and clarify incomplete Personal Data;
c) The right to delete: The Organizer is obliged to delete your Personal data at your request in the cases specified in the regulatory legal acts;
d) Right to restriction of processing: The Organizer is obliged to restrict the use of Personal Data at your request in the cases specified in the regulatory legal acts;
e) The right to data portability: in the cases stipulated by law, you have the right to receive the Personal data available to the Organizer in a structured, widely used and written format;
f) The right to object: if the Organizer processes your Personal Data based on legitimate interests, you have the right to object to the processing of your Personal Data for the relevant purpose. You can object to the processing of your Personal Data for direct marketing purposes at any time, and the Organizer is obliged to stop processing such Personal Data.
g) You have the right to file a complaint with the Data State Inspectorate.
